Service scope

ChemGenius provides educational chemistry assistance tools. Features may change, and availability is not guaranteed.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account unless lawful parental, guardian, or institutional authorization applies.

Accuracy and educational use disclaimer

Predictions may be incorrect. Users must ALWAYS verify answers, calculations, and work.

Educational tool only. We are not responsible for misuse in academic settings.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the platform for cheating, plagiarism, or policy violations.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access, abuse APIs, or disrupt service availability.
• Do not submit malicious files, malware, or harmful code.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for account credentials and activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

Billing and refunds

Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. See Subscription Terms for details.

All charges are final except where refunds are required by applicable law. Recurring plans remain active until canceled before the next renewal date.

Intellectual property

All platform code, branding, and content remain owned by ChemGenius or its licensors unless stated otherwise.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, applicable law, or security requirements.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws and venue applicable to ChemGenius, subject to mandatory consumer protections under applicable law.
